Work out : Leg ups (75x) hold on the last one. Wait 1 minute. Side to sides ( as many as i can for 1 minute) Crunches (75x) Hold last one. Wait 1 minute. Sit ups (75x) hold last one. wait one minute. Running. 

( 2 times a day ) 

Breakfast- Oatmeal, orange juice.

Lunch- Salad, no dressing. 

Dinner- Lemon pepper chicken, rice, green beans.
